This website is owned by Fame Search and operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “company”, “platform” and “Famesearch.com” refer to Fame Search. We are a digital marketplace providing a platform for artists and companies to connect with each other. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, creating an account or using any of our features, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, artists, companies, general visitors, and/ or contributors of content.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND DISCLAIMERS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms, conditions, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any other of our policy, you should not use the Services.

2. Definitions
Artists are users who offer to perform services through Fame Search.
Buyers or Clients are users who purchase or services displayed on Fame Search.
Jobs or Gigs are services posted by the Artists.
The definitions contained in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation

3. Children
This Site is offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 you may not use this Site or the Fame Search services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

4. Account Management
When creating an account on Famesearch.com, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update such information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy. Registration is free.
Furthermore, you hereby represent and warrant that you (i) may be held liable by and to Fame Search for any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your registration for and use of the Account; (ii) may be held liable by and to the Principal; and (iii) may be held liable by law enforcement, governmental authority or court order. Your agreement to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fame Search for any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants contained in this Agreement.
Upon creation of an Account, Fame Search will provide you access to the Fame Search Platform. The Fame Search service allows Artists for marketing, promotion, market, or advertising their Services.

5. Eligibility
The buying and selling of services through Fame Search are strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.

6. Artist Categories
The following categories of Artists can post their gig services on the Fame Search platform:
• Actor/Models
• Artist/Designers
• Creatives
• Emcee/Hosts
• Fashion Designers
• Interior Designer/Architects
• Musicians
• Singers
• Any other category of Artists displayed on Famesearch.com
The list is not exhaustive and Fame Search at any time may add/delete any category from time to time at sole discretion. Fame Search reserves the right to add and discontinue any service or restrict any user from using the services at sole discretion.

7. General Rules
Fame Search provides a connecting online platform for Artists, seekers, talent, companies, and individuals for fame and to provide their on-demand services.
• All Artists are required to be registered on Fame Search to use the services. The registration is free for both buyers and Artists.
• All Artists must fulfill their projects/gigs, and may not cancel projects regularly or without cause. Canceling orders will affect artists’ reputation and status.
• Fame Search retains the right to use all published delivered works for Fame Search marketing and promotion purposes.
• We care about your privacy. You can read our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is a part of these Terms and Conditions and incorporated herein by reference.
• Users may offer or accept payments using any method within or outside Famesearch.com.
• The Artist may book jobs through the Service once requested and purchased by a Client. The Artist will be paid for a Project upon completion of the Project. The artists may submit their profiles and pictures to offer the Services.
• All Artists are required to submit true and accurate information on Famesearch.com (includes; Artist Skills, Photos, Portfolio, Music details, Videos, Social Media details and any other details required by Fame Search)

8. Disputes and Cancellations
All Artists and Clients are required to settle any conflicts mutually amongst themselves. The Artists and Clients agree that in no event Fame Search shall be held liable or responsible or become a Party to a dispute/conflict. Fame Search only acts as a connecting platform for the Artists and Clients and does not takes any responsibility or liability for any disputes and cancellations amongst any parties. If the Artists and Clients cannot reach to a resolution of a dispute, they may get in touch with the Fame Search Customer Support team who will try to assist in resolving the matter but will not guarantee any results.

9. Prohibited Use
Adult Services & Pornography – Fame Search does not allow any exchange of adult-oriented or pornographic materials and illegal prostitution services. Fame Search may take legal action against any criminal and terminate his/her account immediately.
Inappropriate Behavior & Language – Communication on Fame Search should be friendly, constructive, and professional. Fame Search condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others.
Phishing and Spam – Member’s security is a top priority. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise another member’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect our member’s privacy by not contacting them with offers, questions, suggestions, or anything which is not directly related to their Proposals or orders.
Authentic Fame Search Profile – You may not create a false identity on Fame Search, misrepresent your identity, create a Fame Search profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use other users account or information; Your profile information, including your description, skills, location, etc., while may be kept anonymous, must be accurate and complete and may not be misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Fame Search reserves the right to require users to go through a verification process to use the Site (whether by using ID, phone, camera, etc.).
Intellectual Property Claims – Fame Search will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement, and/or violation of third party’s Terms and Conditions.
Fraud / Unlawful Use – You may not use Fame Search for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.
Multiple Accounts – To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fame Search community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations of Fame Search Terms and Conditions and/or our Community Standards is a cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.
Targeted Abuse – We do not tolerate users who engage in targeted abuse or harassment towards other users on Fame Search. This includes creating new multiple accounts to harass members through our message or ordering system.
Selling Accounts – You may not buy or sell Fame Search accounts.

10. Messaging
The Service allows Users to send messages (“Messages”) to each other. Sending Messages is a privilege, not a right, and Fame Search may terminate such privileges of any User at any time and for any reason, without any liability to such User. Harmful, obscene, or offensive communications are not welcome in any Messages. If a user sends you an objectionable Message, then please notify us by sending an e-mail to help@famesearch.com. You should exercise discretion, good sense, and sound judgment when sending a message. You are solely responsible for the content of any message you send. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other Users, particularly if you decide to communicate with another User offline or meet them in person. You agree that Fame Search may monitor Messages for compliance with these Terms, and therefore, Messages should not be considered confidential or proprietary. You hereby grant us an assignable, sub licensable, irrevocable license to reproduce and transmit your Messages in connection with facilitating transmission to the intended recipient through the Service and for such other purpose as Fame Search may deem appropriate in its sole discretion.

11. User Generated Content
User-Generated Content (“UGC”) refers to the content added by users as opposed to content created by the Site. All content uploaded to Famesearch.com by our users (Artists and Clients) is User Generated Content. Fame Search does not check user uploaded/created content for appropriateness, violations of copyright, trademarks, other rights or violations. We invite everyone to report violations together with proof of ownership as appropriate. Reported violating content may be removed or disabled. The Users grant the right to Fame Search to use, distribute and display the Content uploaded by users on Famesearch.com
Furthermore, Fame Search is not responsible for the content, quality or the level of service provided by the Artists (even if they are Pro Artists, Top Rated Artists, offer Promoted Gigs or otherwise). We provide no warranty with respect to the Gigs, their performance of services and any communications between Clients and Artists.
By offering a service, the Artist undertakes that he/she has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service that is offered on Fame Search.

12. Limited License and Site Access; Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited license to use the Site. You may not: (a) resell or make any commercial use of this Site or any of the contents of this Site; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or convert any of the contents of this Site not intended to be so read; (c) copy, imitate, mirror, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, perform, post or transmit any of the contents of this Site in any form or by any means; or (d) use any data mining, bots, spiders, automated tools or similar data gathering and extraction methods on the contents of the Site or to collect any information from the Site or any other user of the Site.
You use this Site at your own risk. You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Site and all of your communication and activity on this Site. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this Site on a temporary or permanent basis and any decision to do so is final.

13. Registrations and Passwords
When setting up an account and/or password(s) on Famesearch.com, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password(s) and for restricting access to your computer. Fame Search is not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to any inquiry or request caused by any incorrect, outdated, or incorrect information provided by you or any technical problems beyond the control of Fame Search. You acknowledge and agree that any login, identifier, or password issued in connection with this Site (each a “Password”) is confidential information and must be kept secure. You may not disclose such a Password to another person or entity or permit another entity to access the Site using such a Password. You must notify Fame Search immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Fame Search cannot be responsible and disclaims all liability in connection with, the use of any information that you post or display on this Site.

14. Intellectual Property Rights
Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you concerning any copyright, designs, and trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights mentioned, displayed, or relating to the Content (defined below) on the Site. All Content, including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site, are protected by national intellectual property and other laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution or other use of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. FAME SEARCH has no obligation to monitor this Site or any portion thereof. However, we reserve the right to review any posted content and remove, delete, redact or otherwise modify such content, in our sole discretion, at any time and from time to time, without notice or further obligation to you. FAME SEARCH has no obligation to display or post any content. FAME SEARCH, subject to the Privacy Policy reserves the right to disclose, at any time and from time to time, any information or posted the content that it deems necessary or appropriate, including without limitation to satisfy any applicable, law, regulation, contractual obligation, legal, dispute process, or governmental request. FAME SEARCH shall have no liability in connection with any content or content submitted to, transmitted via, or displayed or posted on this Site, regardless of whether provided by FAME SEARCH or any other party.

16. Usage
You agree to use the Site and the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms of Use and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You may only use the Site and Services for your non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, and limited personal use, and no other purposes.

d. Access or collect any personally identifiable information, including any names, email addresses or other such information for any purpose, including, without limitation, commercial purposes;
e. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any aspect of the Site or the Services for any purpose; and
f. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any products or services bearing any trademark, service mark, trade name, logo or service mark owned by Fame Search in a way

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, FAME SEARCH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AS TO THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, DATA, SOFTWARE, OR PRODUCTS CONTAINED THEREIN, OR THE RESULTS OBTAINED BY THEIR USE OR AS TO THE PERFORMANCE THEREOF, (B) WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARISING THROUGH COURSE OF DEALING, AND (C) WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS OR USE. You agree that in no event shall Fame Search be liable to you, or any third party, for any lost profits, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the Site or the Terms and Conditions, even if advised as to the possibility of such damages, regardless of whether the claim for such damages is based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as a result of your use of or reliance on the Content; (ii) the transmission of any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses or the like which may infect your equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment; (iii) unauthorized access to or use of the Site or Fame Search’ secure servers and/or any personal information and/or financial information stored therein; or (iv) theft, operator errors, strikes or other labor problems or any Force Majeure.

19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fame Search and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from and against any suit, action, claim, demand, penalty or loss, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by or resulting from any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, breach of the Terms and Conditions or the materials it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law, regulation, order or other legal mandates, or the rights of a third party.

20. Governing Law
The law of the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) governs the interpretation and implementation of the terms and conditions relating to this site. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in U.A.E. Courts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

21. No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. Fame Search only provides a connecting online platform.

22. Termination
You can stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use if you are not complying with these Terms, or use the Services in any way that would cause us legal liability or disrupt others’ use of the Services. If we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to let you know in advance, though there may be some cases (for example, repeatedly or flagrantly violating these Terms, a court order, or danger to other users) where we may suspend immediately.

A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You may not assign the Terms and Conditions, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights therein. A failure to act concerning a breach by you or others does not waive Fame Search’s right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
